RUO & Compliance

Research Use Only (RUO) means our materials are intended exclusively for laboratory research and preclinical studies. They have not been approved by any regulatory authority (such as the FDA) for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use in humans or animals.

RUO materials must not be used in the manufacture of products intended for human or animal administration, and they should only be handled by qualified research professionals in appropriate laboratory settings.

We sell exclusively to qualified research institutions and laboratories, including academic and university research laboratories, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, contract research organizations (CROs), government research facilities, and independent research institutes.

All customers must agree to our RUO terms and conditions and confirm that materials will be used only for legitimate research purposes.

No. Our products are designated Research Use Only and have not been submitted to or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority for any clinical application. They are not drugs, medical devices, or dietary supplements.

Product & Quality

Every order includes a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) with batch-specific purity, identity, and test results; an HPLC Chromatogram with purity analysis trace and integration data; a Mass Spectrum for molecular weight verification; and a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) with handling and safety information.

Additional documentation is available upon request for specific applications.

Our standard peptides are supplied at ≥98% purity as determined by HPLC analysis. Some catalog items may have different specifications, which are clearly stated on the product page and Certificate of Analysis.

Higher purity grades (≥99%) are available for custom synthesis upon request.

Storage requirements vary by product. Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C or below, protected from light and moisture, and are stable for 2+ years unopened. Small molecules typically require room temperature or 2-8°C depending on stability. Reconstituted solutions should be stored at 2-8°C for short-term use (1-2 weeks) or aliquoted and frozen at -20°C for longer storage.

Specific storage conditions are included with each product's documentation.

General guidelines: Allow vial to reach room temperature before opening. Use sterile bacteriostatic water for most peptides. Add solvent slowly down the side of the vial. Gently swirl—do not shake vigorously. Allow complete dissolution before use.

Some peptides may require alternative solvents (dilute acetic acid, DMSO) for optimal solubility. Specific reconstitution instructions are provided where applicable.

Ordering & Shipping

Standard in-stock orders ship within 2-3 business days. Domestic (US) delivery takes 2-5 business days. International delivery takes 5-14 business days depending on destination and customs.

Custom synthesis orders have variable lead times based on complexity—typically 2-4 weeks.

Yes, we ship to most countries. However, some materials may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Import regulations vary by country, and customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

We provide all necessary export documentation. Additional customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Due to the nature of research materials and quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened products. However, damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced at no charge, products that fail to meet stated specifications will be replaced or refunded, and unopened products may be returned within 14 days with prior authorization.
